Hi. This is Karla, I'm the owner of this little store from my work Dolle Étoile

Before you purchase you must know this: I'm the only one working here so it takes time for me to prepare all of your orders.

It takes me around 2 weeks to package all the orders (working days and I still work on them on the weekends). That's why I decided to just open the shop a few days and then close it to manage all the orders.

Please be patient. I create a special envelope for every order. I'm really careful with the packaging and presentation of my products because I believe you show the love of your work in how you send it, but doing this consumes a lot of my time, so that's why preparation may seem slow to you with my products.

Before ordering you agree with the next terms of my shop:


 

  • Preparing your order takes around 2 weeks (only working days) This means packaging all the orders.

  • You get your shipping confirmation (e-mail with tracking number) 1-2 weeks after purchase. (Only working days).

  • Deliver after shipping confirmation (e-mail with tracking number) takes another 3-8 weeks. It depends on when you are located. Mexico takes 2-4 weeks. Canada & USA 3-6 weeks. Europe 3-8 weeks and Asia 4-8 weeks.

  • I'm not responsible for custom holds or charges.

  • If you write wrong your address I'm not refunding but I can re-send after it's back with me and you pay again the shipping.

  • Mistakes happens and if I sent a wrong product or shipped to incorrect address please contact me so I can resend it.

  • All orders are shipped using Correos de Mexico.

  • All orders are tracked. Economy shipping.

  • All sales all final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

  • You have 48 hours after purchase to cancel your order. (Preorders can't be canceled).

  • If you purchased a preorder combined with a stock keep in mind your order will be shipped once the preorder it's delivered to my house.

  • What are preorders? A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. Doing preorders helps me get the funds for the items and the idea of how many I should order to the company that produces my designs.

  • I ship from Mexico.

  • Once the order it's left on the post office I'm not responsible. However I check time to time the orders to see if they missed delivery. It's customers responsability the tracking of the package.

  • Unclaimed packages that are returned to me won't be reffunded. You can pay again for shipping so I can resend it.

  • Colors may vary from screen.
