6-month license for Cross Stitch pattern only.
 
The license starts from Day of Purchase
 
Licensing contract for Karla Rodriguez “Dolleetoile” art to be given to Nikki Cheuk Yi Ng for the purposes of cross pattern production.
 
This contract declares that Karla Rodriguez has given permission to Nikki Cheuk Yi Ng to use her artwork for the purposes of cross pattern stitch Kits or cross stitch patterns (this includes small thumbnail reference in the kit that are NOT to be sold on their own). 
 
Nikki Cheuk Yi Ng can’t sell prints with the original artwork, only thumbnails in the cross pattern kit. A bigger reference of the cross pattern artwork can be included(this means the artwork transformed to cross pattern) in the design of the kit.
 
Both parties agree that Karla’s art license is for cross stitch kit only, Karla may create any merchandise with her art for her own purposes weather it be retail, personal, or otherwise and has full control of her art for all other types of production. 
 
Both parties agreed on pricing as follows, the licensing for each piece of art is to be purchased for $300 for 6 month. During the duration of this timeframe Nikki Cheuk Yi Ng may have cross stitch kits produced with only the images currently payed for. Nikki Cheuk Yi Ng may sell kits after the license runs out of time if stock of items remain, however new products may not be made unless the license is repurchased from Karla.
 
Nikki Cheuk Yi Ng may not upload the original High Resolution digital file at her website or social media without resizing it. 1080 - 1200 px width at 72 dpi it’s recommended.
